Quds, Rabi'II 16, 1435, Feb 16, 2014, SPA -- Israeli police arrested on Sunday five minors in the Jerusalem area in addition to two others from the West Bank cities of Hebron and Jenin, according to local and security sources. According to WAFA, Wadi Hilweh Information Center said police arrested four Palestinians between the ages of 14 and 17 from Al-Issawiya neighborhood in East Jerusalem as well as arrested another minor from the neighborhood of Bab Hatta in the old Jerusalem city. Meanwhile in Hebron, Israeli army arrested a 20-year-old local resident in Tal-Rumaidah neighborhood in Hebron. Army also set up two military checkpoints near Halhoul and Beit Kahil to the north of Hebron. In Jenin, Israeli forces stormed four houses in the village of Silat al-Harithiya and arrested a local resident after searching his house in the village located to the northwest of Jenin. Forces also confiscated a car belonging to a local resident in the village of Yamun near Jenin. Army stormed a house in the village of Ajja to the south of Jenin, searched it and interrogated the residents. No arrests were reported.
