Israeli forces arrested several Palestinians in the West Bank, early Sunday morning. According to local radio stations in Gaza, two arrests were made in the villages of Sorif and Bair Awa close to Hebron (Al-Khalil) in the West Bank, adding that houses of the two Palestinians in question were searched before they were taken away. It also reported that three more Palestinians were arrested in Bethlehem and Jenin, and they were taken to an undisclosed location for interrogation. In Al-Quds (Jerusalem), the local radio said that an elderly lady identified as Fatma Abu Diab was arrested in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, after being accused of spilling a glass of water at a Knesset member yesterday. The Knesset member was in the neighborhood yesterday to visit a number of settlers who had taken possession of Palestinian houses.
