Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, met at his residence at Al-Punjab Palace in Islamabad today Saudi chief editors of newspapers and journalists accompanying him on his current visit to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The Crown Prince pointed during the meeting to the Kingdom's achievements since its foundation by the late King Abdulaziz (May Allah Almighty bestow mercy upon his soul) and its progress and development in all economic, urban, educational and health fields under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Crown Prince noted the Kingdom's prominent roles at all Gulf, Arab, Islamic and international levels, and its significant roles being played in the service of humanity at the international arena. He commended the prominent role of the Saudi media that provide a clear and genuine image of the Kingdom's modern progress and development, especially as it is the Qiblah of Muslims, its care and attention to Umrah performers as well as the provision of facilities for them, indicating that the best proof of this is what is being witnessed of the tremendous expansion by the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah which has contributed to a very large extent to accommodate millions of Umrah performers and pilgrims and perform their rituals easily and comfortably. At the end of his statement, the Crown Prince wished the Saudi media further development and prosperity in the service of the Saudi society in all fields. The Saudi media personnel expressed their best thanks and great appreciation to the Crown Prince for meeting with them and talking on the Kingdom's comprehensive progress and development, praying to Allah Almighty to preserve the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince, and to preserve the Kingdom's security and stability.
