Addressing the ceremony, the Crown Prince said, "I am honored to convey to you the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This country is honored by Almighty Allah to be the seat of Qiblah of Muslims. The Holy Quran was revealed in Arabic language to Prophet Muhammad (PEUH) in Makkah, the Qiblah of Muslim, which has the Grand Holy Mosque. We are now in the city of the Prophet who migrated to it. It is the city of supporters and immigrants from where the Islamic tolerant message was launched to all parts of the world. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has the great honor to pay all attention to the Two Holy Mosques since the reign of the late King Abdulaziz (May Allah bestow mercy upon his soul), the reign of the former kings, until the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who has paid his full attention to the interest, development and progress of the homeland, especially the Two Holy Mosques. The State was founded on the Islamic religion. Its constitution as it is in the statute of the governance is the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah. The most important achievements of King Abdulaziz and the Kings is the security of the people, pilgrims, visitors and residents. Praise be to Allah that pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors perform their Hajj rituals easily and comfortably and all services and facilities have been provided to them. I am honored to meet with you in this city today, praying to Allah Almighty for continuing the blessings of security and stability and for adhering to the Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah."
