The Secretary General of Muslim World League (MWL)Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki received at the MWL's headquarters here today, an academic and scientific delegation represents four Islamic universities in the Republic of Indonesia including Jakarta University, Islamic University of Maulana Malik, University of Ala'eddin and Islamic Sciences Center, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Indonesian academic delegation is headed by Undersecretary of University of Maulana Malik, Dr Mohammad Zainuddin. During the meeting, Dr. Al-Turki welcomed the Indonesian delegation and briefed its members on the MWL objectives and achievements in the service of Islam and Muslims, pointing out that the Republic of Indonesia participated in the MWL establishment. For his part, Dr. Zainuddin commended the educational advancement being witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its universities where scores of Indonesian students are studying on scholarship programs.
