Two Lebanese representatives praised today the order issued yesterday by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to imprison for long periods whoever joins extremist groups or fight on their side abroad. In statements to the Saudi Press Agency, Marwan Hamada , former minister and current shouse of representatives member said the order is considered extraordinary in terms of timing and political significance, particularly as it comes as part of the Kingdom's policy to dry out the sources of terrorism and extremism. For his part, Nie'ma Tu'ama, member of the National Struggle Front , said in a similar statement that the order is yet another evidence of the Kingdom's moderate approach and rejection of terror in all its forms. He said the royal order implies the wisdom and awareness of the King in tackling the issues of his country.
