Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip, will visit Rome on April 3, dpa cited the office of Italian President Giorgio Napolitano as saying Tuesday. Napolitano will host a private lunch for the royal couple at his Quirinale palace, a statement said. The British queen was expected in the Italian capital in March 2013, but had to cancel her visit after being hospitalized for a stomach bug.
