Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local, regional and international issues.
Albilad newspaper said that Majlis Al-Shura recently discussed modifying the regulation on tenders and government procurement.
The newspaper said that members discussed the main problems that lead to the faltering of government projects implemented by the state in most of the regions of the Kingdom.
The newspaper called for finding solutions to the issue of stalled government projects.
