Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of domestic, regional and international issues. Albilad newspaper commented on many delayed service projects approved by the state in all regions of the Kingdom, adding that each of these projects is for the welfare and happiness of citizens and residents and that there is no room for them to be delayed as huge sums of money have been provided to them and have been awarded to Saudi contractors. It added that it is time to begin their actual implementation and remove any obstacles that stand in front of these projects. On Syrian developments, Alwatan newspaper expressed pessimism about the success or holding of Geneva 2 conference on the Syrian crisis. It called for putting pressure on the Syrian regime to make the conference successful or canceling it to prevent using its delays for more death and destruction. --More 10:33 LOCAL TIME 07:33 GMT تغريد
