At least 21 people were killed Sunday after a boat carrying tourists capsized off India's Andaman and Nicobar Islands, dpa reported. The boat, with at least 43 passengers on board, capsized 25 kilometres away from the coast, the report said. The archipelago is located in the Bay of Bengal off India's east coast. Four passengers were in critical condition and were being treated in hospital. Many of the tourists were from the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the newspaper quoted an unnamed official as saying.
