AlQa'dah 27, 1433, Oct 13, 2012, SPA -- Officials said one person was confirmed dead and three were missing, while 37 people were rescued, after a chartered boat capsized on Saturday near Cape Town in South Africa, dpa reported. The boat apparently was too close to the Hout Bay shore when the accident occurred. Rescuers said several people were being treated for injuries and one woman was in hospital in a serious condition. The nationalities of the dead and injured were not immediately made known. At least one of the missing people was believed to be the skipper of the boat. The boat was near Duiker Island, a small island near the coast which hosts marine wildlife and is popular with tourists.
