Minister of Higher Education patronizes graduation of 1043 university graduates in Canada

Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Angari has patronized the graduation ceremony of 1043 university graduates representing the fourth batch of graduates of the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Scholarship in Canada.
The ceremony took place in the conference center in the capital of Canada, Ottawa, in the presence of a number of officials.
