A car bombing early Friday hit a police headquarters in central Cairo, leaving at least three dead, state television reported. The attack also injured at least 47, health authorities said. It was not immediately clear if the casualties were police or civilians. State-run newspaper al-Ahram reported online that one of the dead was a suicide attacker. The blast damaged the building and an adjoining museum.
