European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi warned about undue optimism for the eurozone's economic outlook, dpa reported. "We see some encouraging signs but the recovery in the euro area is still weak and uneven," he told the Swiss daily Neue Zuercher Zeitung. "So I would be cautious about becoming overly optimistic," Draghi said. At more than 12 per cent, the unemployment rate is still very high, he said.
