The General Directorate of Civil Defense in Tabuk Region has announced that the teams of Civil Defense have pulled out on Monday 5/3/1435H the body remains of Lama, a Saudi girl who went buried in a long-ignored well in the desert while her family were in the nearby picnicking. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he said the body's remains were handed over to forensic medicine which confirmed that the body's remains are for Lama bint Ayed bin Rashid Al-Rouqi after examining Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) tests on 15/3/1435H. The spokesperson of the Civil Defense in Tabuk Region said that the results refuted the rumors that have been circulating in the past days to downplay the strenuous efforts exerted by the relevant authorities to pick the girl out of the improper grave.
