Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has confirmed the importance of Jeddah historic festival which will start its works next Thursday. In a press statement, the Prince said that the festival is considered as a declaration of an important transitional phase and it represents an extension of the State's interest in care of the national heritage, and a testament to the attention accorded to Jeddah province and its history, in addition to its people's contributions to building the nation, commending the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to preserve the historical area of Jeddah.
