Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah has valued support by Kingdom's leaders for health services. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, he said that the Ministry of Health's budget for the fiscal year 1435/1436 AH has received an increase in financial allocations which will have a positive impact on the improvement and development of health services. In turn, the spokesman of the Ministry of Health Dr. Khalid Marghalani said that the ministry's budget for the current fiscal year amounted to 59,985,360,000 riyals with an increase of 10.37% over the budget of the last fiscal year. The budget included the adoption of 151 new health centers for primary health care as well as the creation of many hospitals and specialized medical centers in the regions and provinces of the Kingdom, he said.
