U.S. President Barack Obama will travel to Toluca, Mexico, February 19 to attend the North American Leaders' Summit, the White House said Monday. Obama will attend the annual summit along with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters. The president was in Mexico in May and held talks with Pena Nieto. Carney said that the leaders will discuss a range of issues such as economic competitiveness, trade and investment, and citizen security.
