King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for the Service of Arabic Language kicked off the implementation of the project titled "Arabic for Hajj and Umrah Purposes", it was reported here today. The Secretary General of the center Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Washmi said the project aims to enable pilgrims and Umrah performers alike to use Arabic language and acquire the basics of the language to assist them perform their rituals properly. The project was also designed to help worshippers to benefit from the noble services accorded to them by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al-Washmi said the project is now being implemented here and abroad according to several and gradual phases.
