In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince and the follow-up of the Minister of Interior, the Chairman of Supreme Hajj Committee to prepare early for Hajj season for the year 1429, the Ministry of Hajj started to send invitations to Hajj Affairs officials in 75 Arab and Islamic countries and some countries having Muslim minorities to send delegations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aiming to discuss arrangements for their pilgrims coming to perform Hajj rituals for the year 1429H and to meet officials of Hajj ministry, private establishments and General Vehicles Syndicate to conclude agreements on serving their pilgrims. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) today, a source at the Ministry of Hajj said that the Minister of Hajj directed to receive delegations of these countries invited to these annual meetings starting from Tuesday 2/4/1429 H corresponding to 8/4/2008. The minister pointed out that during the meetings, emphasis will be put on instructions organizing Hajj and regulations that should be followed aiming at providing the best services to pilgrims and Umrah performers.
