Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, met here today with Deputy Speaker of the People's Representative Council of Indonesia Mohamad Sohibul Iman. During the meeting, the Crown Prince highlighted the growing relations between Bahrain and Indonesia, and the wider interest from within the GCC to further develop ties with all members of Associated of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). The Crown Prince further underscored the economic and industrial development examples set by Asian countries, and noted in particular Indonesia's prominence as one of the key emerging markets in the region.
