Six US soldiers with the NATO-led international coalition were killed Tuesday when a helicopter crashed in southern Afghanistan, the military said according to dpa. "Initial reporting indicates there was no enemy activity in the area at the time of the crash," NATO said in a statement, adding they were investigating the cause. A US Defence Department official told dpa that the six soldiers were US citizens and that the crash involved a helicopter.
