United Arab Emirates Vice President Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, who is also Premier of the UAE and Governor of the Emirate of Dubai, met here today with Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani, Secretary General of the Riyadh-based Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) who is currently on a visit to the UAE. The UAE news agency, which carried the news, said they reviewed a number of issues of concern to the GCC member countries, including ways of further enhancing relations among the organization's members. In addition, they reviewed the current preparations to hold the GCC summit in Kuwait as well the meeting's proposed agenda.
