The 9th World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference has commenced here today with wide international participation. The Saudi delegation to the conference is led by Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah. The focus of the ministerial conference, WTO's top decision-making body, which meets approximately every two years, is on a package of issues that have been negotiated intensively over the past few months. These include trade facilitation, development and agriculture.
