Saudi Embassy in the Republic of Sri Lanka announced the death of Employee Hussein Mohsen Al-Heij yesterday after drowning in a swimming pool of the building in which he resides with his family. The Embassy said in a statement issued yesterday, "As Saudi Ambassador to Sri Lanka Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Jammaz was informed of the news, they moved to the site of the incident with the competent authorities to investigate the cause of the death. The results of the investigation showed that the death resulted from drowning when he tried to save his son from the swimming pool". The Embassy indicated that the body of the deceased employee will be transferred to the Kingdom accompanied by one of its employees.
