Liberals to lead Luxembourg as three-way coalition talks end

Three-way coalition talks among liberals, social democrats and Greens ended in Luxembourg Friday with the
liberal Democratic Party's Xavier Bettel to be the grand duchy's new
prime minister, dpa reported.
The new government ends Jean-Claude Juncker's 18 years in office.
His centre-right Christian Social People's Party had appointed the
prime minister in all governments but one since World War II.
