Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker disclosed today that he is planning to present his resignation to the President of Luxembourg tomorrow following the withdrawal of his Social Democrat coalition partners Friday. Following the socialists memorandum calling for the dissolution of parliament and holding of early elections within three months, Juncker announced he is resigning. After a long debate at the parliament, he said he noted that the majority of parliament members want early elections.
