41st Conference of FANA General Assembly Extends Thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques 4 Riyadh

The conference was briefed on a report provided by the Secretary General regarding his participation in the 15th meetings of Southeast Asia Organization held in Moscow during the period 18-21, September, 2013, in presence of 44 member news agencies of the organization, including Arab news agencies: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Oman.
It also discussed issues on the agenda in addition to reports relating to cooperation among the Asian News agencies and the Arab News Agencies.
The conference decided a continuation of attending conferences and meetings of the Asian News Agencies Organization (OANA) and discussing aspects of cooperation between the two sides in the fields of training and news exchange. It also recommended to discuss with OANA renewing cooperation agreement contract which was signed between the two sides in accordance with the latest developments at media arena and all various fields.
