AlHijjah 23, 1434, Oct 28, 2013, SPA -- The two-day GCC conference on orphans: their problems and how to deal with them, wrapped up here today with the participation of 58 researchers and specialists from Yemen and GCC countries. The conference underscored the importance of updating the regulations dealing with orphans and the like and working hard to help this social segment to enjoy honorable life. The conferees also called on the GCC member states to further expand the alternative family program which is based on finding a social solution for an orphan.
