King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Project for Zamzam Water Distribution in Service of Pilgrims

AlHijjah 8, 1434, Oct 13, 2013, SPA -- King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Project for Zamzam Water Distribution was executed by the Ministry of Water and Electricity in implementation of the directive of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud at his own expense at a cost of SR 700 million.
The project has the capacity of 5,000 cubic meters of water daily; and it produces 200,000 plastic bottles of Zamzam water with the capacity of 10 liters per bottle.
