Miqbel said all pilgrims who opted to visit Madina before Hajj have arrived in Makkah by yesterday to prepare for their journey to Arafat, the climax of Hajj.
He declared that for the first time the Madina-Makkah journey on this day passed without a single traffic accident, thanks to Allah and the excellent organization and strict implementation of the traffic plan to drive the crowds out of Madinah smoothly.
So far, 1400 motorcycles and 4000 vehicles were found violating traffic regulation and ordered to stop moving.
