Locally, Al-Bilad newspaper commended the tireless efforts and consecutive meetings of the committees of Hajj in the various sectors concerned to serve pilgrims. It also pointed out that the Minister of Interior and Chairman of Supreme Hajj Committee will be reassured on Wednesday on preparations of the government agencies and private organizations for the implementation of the general plan for this year's Hajj season to provide the best services for pilgrims. Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers highlighted the Egyptian president's visit to the Kingdom, describing it as another historical event in the deep-rooted relations between the Kingdom and Egypt. Al-Watan and Al-Sharq newspapers said that the bilateral interests between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt are among other factors making these ties distinguished and a strategic necessity. Okaz newspaper highlighted the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' statement that the Kingdom, Government and people stand by and support Egypt against terrorism and sedition. On Syrian affairs, Al-Madinah suggested that Geneva conference 2 holds solution keys for the Syrian crisis.
