AlQa'dah 26, 1434, Oct 2, 2013, SPA -- The 37th meeting of ministers responsible for industry in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states was concluded at the headquarters of GCC General Secretariat here today. In a closed session, the ministers discussed a number of issues that would achieve more industrial cooperation among GCC member states. They also discussed the recommendations of a committee formed to discuss proposed amendments to the unified industrial organization law and its implementing regulations. In a statement following the meeting, Saudi Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah said that the meeting focused on means of increasing trade and industrial cooperation among GCC countries.
