AlQa'dah 17, 1434, Sep 23, 2013, SPA -- An electric fault caused a limited fire to partly damage Abha labor office, with the computer room sustaining some damages but nobody injured, Labor ministry spokesman Hattab Al-Enezy said today. In a statement, Al-Enezy said a limited fire flared up yesterday in the afternoon at Abha Labor office due to an electric fault and fortunately no human loss was registered, thanks to Allah Almighty, as the fire was confined to some material losses and some damages at the computer room and the temporary breaking down of the server. Al-Enezy confirmed that the maintenance teams at the ministry are busy working to eliminate the effects of the fire and make sure the networks are safe, solve the technological problems to put the office ready for work as soon as possible, noting that urgent transactions will be received as per tomorrow at Abha office before being transferred to the branches of Al-Nammas, Mahayil, Dhahran Al-Janoub, Belgern and Khamis Mushait to finalize them without delay. He expressed thanks to the fire extinguish and salvage teams of the civil defense who rushed to the scene once notified of the event and were able to control the fire from spreading over the other parts of the branch, he said.
