AlQa'dah 16, 1434, Sep 22, 2013, SPA -- At least 58 people were killed and dozens injured Saturday in three car bombings in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, medical and security officials said, in the latest in a surge of violence in the country, according to DPA. Two back-to-back car bombs, targeting a funeral in eastern Baghdad, left 50 people dead and 100 wounded, independent broadcaster Alsumaria News reported, citing police. Eight other civilians were killed and at least 12 injured when a parked car bomb exploded in the district of Ur in eastern Baghdad.
