AlQa'dah 9, 1434, Sep 15, 2013, SPA -- The United Nations Security Council could vote on a US-Russian deal to dismantle Syria's chemical weapons this week, dpa quoted French President Francois Hollande as saying Sunday. "We could have a vote on the (UN) resolution by the end of the week," Hollande said during an interview with TF1 television.
