Lavrov arrives in Geneva for Syria talks with Kerry

AlQa'dah 6, 1434, Sep 12, 2013, SPA -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived Thursday in Geneva for negotiations with US counterpart John Kerry about Russia's plan for removing chemical weapons from Syria, according to dpa.
"I am convinced that there is a chance for peace in Syria," Lavrov said before his arrival.
