AlQa'dah 8, 1434, Sep 14, 2013, SPA -- Rwandan police said Saturday that two separate grenade blasts killed two people and wounded 22 in Kigali, Rwanda's capital, ahead of parliamentary elections on Monday, AP reported. A grenade exploded Friday night at a busy marketplace in the Kigali suburb of Kicukiro, killing one person and wounded 14, according to police spokesman Damas Gatare. Another grenade was detonated on Saturday in the same area, killing one person and wounding eight, Gatare said. Three people have been arrested for their alleged roles in the Friday attack, he added, giving no details about who was likely responsible for both blasts. The blasts follow three others in March and July. -- SPA 19:49 LOCAL TIME 16:49 GMT تغريد
