AlQa'dah 6, 1434, Sep 12, 2013, SPA -- U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will depart Washington late Wednesday to meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Geneva for talks on Syria, and he also plans to meet U.N.-Arab league envoy Lakhdar Brahimi while there, the State Department announced. At least two days of U.S.-Russian talks are expected in Geneva, beginning Thursday, spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters. "We will of course be leaving later this evening to discuss matters concerning Syria, including the use of chemical weapons and steps to address these developments," she said.
