Saudi Post honored last night participants and winners of the prizes of 3rd Arab Postal Stamps Exhibition currently being held in Madinah within the framework of its events as the Capital of Islamic Culture 2013 . The President of Saudi Post Dr. Mohammed Saleh Benten welcomed in his speech during the ceremony the participants representing 13 Arab countries, 13 associations and philatelist clubs, and more than 65 amateurs of stamps and coins.
