Spanish Foreign Minister Meets with His Qatari Counterpart

Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation José Manuel Garcia Margallo met here today with Qatari Foreign Minister Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Atiyyah who is currently visiting Spain.
