Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, stressed that the Syrian regime exceeds all red limits and lines by using chemical weapons against its people in Ghouta massacre which resulted in killing hundreds, mostly women and children. In his speech during the 140th session of the Arab League Council at the ministerial level held today in Cairo, Prince Saud said that the Syrian regime used various means against civilians and after using the conventional weapons, it used chemical weapons, calling upon the international community to deter the Syrian regime. Prince Saud Al-Faisal stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's leadership and people stand wholeheartedly with the will of the Syrian people and its leadership representing in its national coalition.
