Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local, regional and international issues.
Al-Madinah newspaper commented on the message of the mosque in Islam and commended the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to correct misconceptions about Islam in the West following the September 11 attacks.
Okaz newspaper addressed Moroccan-Saudi Investment Forum, which began on Sunday in Jeddah, highlighting the strength of Saudi-Moroccan relations.
On Syrian affairs, Al-Sharq newspaper highlighted the announcement of the Pentagon yesterday that the U.S. military is ready for military intervention in Syria when U.S. President Barack Obama orders it.
