The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Jose Mujica of the Republic of Uruguay on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the King wished the president constant good health and happiness and the people of Uruguay steady progress and prosperity.
