A Pakistani military official has accused Indian troops of shelling across the disputed Kashmir border and killing an army captain, AP reported. The official says the "unprovoked" shelling started at 11:15 p.m. local time Tuesday night in Shakma sector near the town of Skardu. Another soldier was seriously wounded by the Indian shelling. Pakistani troops responded, and the exchange of fire continued for three hours.
