Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra arrived in Pakistan Tuesday on a two-day visit to deepen economic ties, dpa quoted officials as saying. Shinawatra is accompanied by a business delegation and will meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari. Bilateral trade between the two countries is close to 1 billion dollars, mainly Thai exports to Pakistan. It is the first visit of any Thai leader in more than a decade.
