In response for his earlier Friday speech in which he supported Egypt against terrorism, the Egyptian president Adli Mansour has expressed great thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. In a message transmitted late Friday night by the Egyptian Middle East News Agency, President Mansour thanked King Abdullah and the Saudi people, saying Egyptian people listened to the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques as clear and firm support of the Egyptian Government and the people in the face of terrorism, which peered its obnoxious face on the land of Egypt. He said difficult times witnessed by the peoples and nations reveal true leaders and peoples and thus the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques came to reaffirm the his solid position. Mansour also stressed that the Arab and Islamic nations most in need to listen to the call launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in his speech to confront terrorism. The president of the Arab Republic of Egypt concluded his message by renewing his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirming that march of the people of Egypt will go on, and that history remembers bright stances of real men and nations in their support while disdaining the stances of laggards.
