Syrian regime air strikes killed 13 people, including seven children, Saturday in the Latakia province and the northern city of Raqqa, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said. The raid was apparently aimed at positions of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) which largely controls the city, the Observatory added.
