A ship laden with 5,000 heads of Hajj-related slaughtered sacrifice meat arrived to Port Sudan today, within the Saudi project to distribute Hajj-related slaughtered meats, administered by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). Another same frozen meat shipment on a second ship is set to arrive to Port Sudan on Wednesday, to be distributed in Khartoum state under the aegis of IDB mission in Sudan. This project is scheduled to distribute more than 200,000 heads of slaughtered meats to beneficiaries in 24 African as well as Asian countries, via land and sea. On this occasion, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali, President of the IDB Group, extended gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their support for this project. -- SPA
