Death toll in Cairo clashes reaches 74, says Health Ministry

At least 74 people were killed in Egypt's clashes, out of them 65 in Rabaa Al-Adawiyah park and nine in Alexandria Province, the Health Ministry said Saturday.
Chief of the Central Critical and Emergency Care Department at the Ministry of Health Dr. Khalid Al-Khateeb said at least 748, out of them 269 in Rabaa Al-Adawiyah and 479 in the other Egyptian provinces, have been injured since the clashes began Friday.
Al-Khateeb added that 338 of the injured were discharged from hospitals after having received treatment while 410 are still under observation.
